A FRESH AND THOUGHTFUL APPROACH TO HEALING
Gold Leaf Physical Therapy is family-owned and operated right here in Helena, Montana. Our Physical Therapy practice treats each patient as an individual with specific and different needs. GLPT is the alternative to the large corporate physical therapy providers that often treat their clients like numbers, rather than people.
Some of our Physical Therapy specialties include:
- Sports and work-related injuries

The practitioners at Gold Leaf Physical Therapy are the leading group performing these treatments in one location. Additionally, Gold Leaf Physical Therapy has a full-time Massage Therapist assisting with soft tissue treatments.
GLPT is a full service physical therapy clinic that treats problems related to pain, movement, and injury, while always striving to help clients back to full functionality, allowing them to live healthy and active lives.
