Alissa Eslahpazir, DPT, CIMT
Alissa was born and raised in Helena, Montana. She attended the Mayo Clinic Medical School where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Alissa’s areas of expertise include: Concussion/TBI Rehabilitation, Neurological Rehabilitation, spinal and joint manipulation, Manual Therapy, lymphedema management, Post-stroke Rehabilitation, Intramuscular Stimulation (Dry Needling), Pain Management, Vertigo (dizziness) Rehabilitation and Women’s Health. Alissa is a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist (CIMT).
Adam Eslahpazir, DPT, Clinic Administrator
Adam was born and raised in London, England. He attended the University of Utah, where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Adam’s areas of expertise include: Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Running Rehabilitation, Exercise Therapy, Intramuscular Stimulation (Dry Needling), Postural Restoration, Pain Management, and Vertigo (dizziness) Rehabilitation.
Heather Huxtable, DPT
Heather was born and raised in Pocatello, ID. She attended Montana State University for her undergraduate education where she received her BS in Exercise Science. From there, she moved to Missoula where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. Heather’s areas of expertise includes: Pelvic health, Orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, Intramuscular Stimulation (Dry Needling), neurologic rehabilitation, and pain management.
Sarah Lashley, DPT
Sarah was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She holds a certification in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation through the American Institute of Balance and has extensive expertise in dry needling, neurologic rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, and fall prevention.
Jason Jamieson, PTA, LMT
Jason was born and raised in Montana. He attended the University of Montana - Great Falls, where he received his Physical Therapy Assistant degree. Jason is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. Jason’s areas of expertise include: Massage Therapy, Exercise Therapy, Manual Therapy, Deep Tissue Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy and Pain Management.
Jill Graff, PTA
Raised in Longmont, Colorado, Jill earned her B.S. from Colorado State University and her M.S. from Montana State University. Her own experience with bilateral knee replacements, inspired a shift toward physical therapy. She went on to complete her PTA degree at University of Montana - Great Falls,. Jill has experience in orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, neurologic, geriatric care and developmental disabilities.
Daelene Straw, PTA
Daelene West was born in northern Idaho and graduated from College of Southern Idaho with her degree as Physical Therapist Assistant in 2015. She made her home in Montana in 2022. Daelene has experience in deep tissue relaxation, spinal conditions, orthopedic rehabilitation, prosthetics, therapeutic exercise, and kinesiology
Jeremiah Strong, Office Manager - Helena
Jeremiah was raised in Helena, Montana. Jeremiah holds a Bachelor in Business Finance from Carroll College. He has built a strong foundation in organizational administration and business development. Jeremiah is passionate about helping organizations grow and succeed through sound business management.
Brady Terrio, Office Manager - Butte
Brady was born and raised in Butte, Montana. She is an experienced receptionist with a passion for creating welcoming first impressions and delivering exceptional customer service. Known for her strong organizational skills and friendly demeanor, she ensures every visitor and caller receives prompt, courteous assistance.
Meghan Holmlund, Administrative Assistant
Meghan has lived and worked in Helena, MT for over 20 years and is a graduate of Montana State University with a degree in Business— Accounting. She brings a strong foundation in business operations and service to support the office.
